Maksu tapahtuu tilisiirrolla ennen tuotteen noutoa/toimitusta tai käteisellä noudon/toimituksen yhteydessä. Varaathan käteisellä maksaessasi tasarahan tai ilmoitat jos maksusi vaatii toimittajalle vaihtokassaa.

Toimitamme tuotteet Helsinkiin maksutta, muulle pääkaupunkiseudulle 10 € lisämaksusta ja muualle Suomeen ja maailmaan sopimuksen mukaan.

K: Miksi tuotteen luovutuspäivä saattaa olla kuukaudenkin päästä?

V: Joidenkin tuotteiden toteutustekniikan vuoksi esimerkiksi maalin lopullinen kuivuminen kestää jopa 1 kuukauden. Tällöin tuotetta ei luovuteta asiakkaalle ennen kuin voidaan olla varmoja, että se on kuivunut, vaikka se muuten onkin valmis.

K: Toimitetaanko taulut kehystettyinä?

V: Mikäli tuotesivulla on mainittu, että taulu tulee kehysten kanssa, näin on. Muussa tapauksessa työ on kehystämätön tai paksu pinkopohja, joka ei vaadi kehystä.

We deliver items free of charge in Helsinki and with 10 € fee to other cities in the capitol area. Delivery to other parts of Finland and world as agreed.

Q: Why the delivery date for some products can be even a month from today?

A: Some items are made in such technique that the final drying time can last up to 1 month. In these cases item is not given to the customer until it has completely dryed, even though it is otherwise finished.

Q: Do you deliver paintings with frames?

A: If painting has frames already it is mentioned in the product page. In other cases frames need to be bought or painting is made on a canvas that doesn't require frames.
